Rise Investigations is a Private Investigation Agency dedicated to Criminal Defense and Mitigation. We are a proud member of the Justice Administration Commission (JAC) in Florida. In Florida we cover Judicial Circuits 6, 10, 12, 13 and 20. We also hold a Private Investigation license in New Jersey.
Our Passion
My passion and drive to defend the accused stems from own personal experiences. A loved one of mine fell through the cracks of the system. In my early 20s, I learned very quickly that I had to be his biggest advocate in the courts, jails, forensic hospitals and state psychiatric hospitals. I have the professional experience as well as the experience as a family member. My life’s purpose is to help the individuals who are stigmatized by the Criminal Justice System.” – Megan Novak

- We are evidence driven. We conduct scorched earth investigations and will not stop until all avenues have been exhausted.
- Client contact is a priority. Your case will not be treated as a just another folder on our desk.
- We keep your budget in mind. There are too many Investigators out there who collect a large retainer and produce zero results. We keep the client up to date and have realistic approach with them. If we think that we can’t deliver what is needed, then we will not take your case.
